Southern California native mezzo soprano Sophie Patterson recently finished her Masters at the Royal Academy of Music with Raymond Connell. She previously studied in Paris at the École Normale Musique de Paris Alfred Cortot with world renowned baritone, Vladimir Chernov. Ms. Patterson graduated with a Bachelors in Music from UCLA’s Herb Alpert’s School of Music. She is currently an Alvarez Young Artist at Garsington Opera for their 2025 season. This past season she sang Mrs. Herring in Britten's Albert Herring with the Royal Academy Opera.
